When to Expect Your Order

We process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based your shipping address and the shipping method you select.

Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer – up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use FedEx as our carrier. Please visit www.FedEx.com for detailed shipping information and holiday schedules. Orders that total $75.00 or more will receive ground shipping at no charge. Orders under $75.00 and all expedited shipping methods will be charged based on weight, destination and shipping method selected. When you are checking out, you will be able to view your shipping charges.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico Addresses:
Shipping methods are limited to one-day and two-day services.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses:
These orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • The standard delivery for orders is within 3-5 business days
  • No weekend delivery
  • Orders of $75.00 or more receive standard delivery at no charge
  • Delivery charges will be shown during check out for orders under $75.00

Two-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • The standard delivery for orders is within 2 business days
  • No weekend delivery
  • Delivery charges will be shown during check out

One-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • The standard delivery for orders is within 1 business day
  • No weekend delivery
  • Delivery charges will be shown during check out

International Shipping

Currently, Gifts of Nature Organics only ships to the United States.  If you do not see a location in your region please be sure to Contact Us to arrange for international shipping.

APO/FPO Addresses

Orders placed for APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer–up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Packages

You can track your package from “My Account”. From “My Account”, select “View Order” next to the order you would like to track. When you are able to view the order select “Track Your Order”. A new window will open with your tracking details.

If you are not sure whether your order has been ship, you can check the status of your orders in My Account.

Item Availability

Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

Items may be noted as “temporarily out of stock”. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.

Amala, at times, will allow our customers to “Pre-Order”, new product releases or seasonal offerings. If you want to pre-order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.
